Manni waiting for Lola at the greenhouses

The greenhouse is no longer standing having been demolished around 1999. But, an aerial photograph of the greenhouses from 1997, does exists, which shows the greenhouse used within the film.

The residental house which appears to the right of the greenhouse still stands and the address is Bucherstraße 8, Berlin. The houses that appear on the lefthand side of Baltrumstraße when Manni leaves the greenhouse, notability, Baltrumstraße 8, also still stand, as well as the trees, albeit, alot bigger.
